Payment Methods and Order Policy

American Express, and Discover. We also accept Paypal which accepts e-checks. You also
have the option to pre-pay for your order by sending a check or money order to:

Clean Beginnings Distribution, Inc. reserves the right to collect from customers the
value of any amounts received unjustly due to errors or omissions at any time.

Returns
All stock merchandise purchased at Clean Beginnings Distribution,
Inc. can be returned within 5 days of invoice date. Returns are not
accepted on the following items: floor machines, equipment, discontinued,
damaged, special order, non-stock, and close out merchandise. Note:
All floor machines and equipment sales are covered by factory warranties.
Product returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No credit is available
after 30 days of invoice date. Shipping charges are not refundable.
For products placed in error by the customer, the cost and responsibility
to ship the products back shall be that of the customers.
Except as otherwise required by law, the costs of any return will be at the
expense of the customer, unless such return is due to the negligence of
Clean Beginnings Distribution, Inc. Please do not ship returns COD, the
warehouse cannot accept these types of shipments.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed with Clean Beginnings Distribution, Inc.
Orders are processed once the checkout process is completed.
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
The carrier who delivers the merchandise is responsible for loss and damages of
merchandise. Acceptance of the shipment from the carrier is an acknowledgment
that the articles delivered were received in good condition and properly packaged.
Clean Beginnings Distribution, Inc. responsibility ceases upon delivery to the
transportation company. Notify the carrier at time of delivery so that they may
process the claim. Carriers will not honor claims when the customer signs receiving
documents as free and clear. Notify Clean Beginnings Distribution, Inc. to
arrange for reshipment of lost and damaged goods.
Changing Your Password
To change your password is very simple. Click on the "My Account" tab located at

Sales Tax
Clean Beginnings Distribution, Inc. sales tax does not apply to
orders placed by customers outside the state of California. Orders
placed by customers within the state of California will incur a sales
tax of 7.75% on purchases.
Material Safety Data Sheets
At this time Material Safety Data Sheets are not available through our website.
We will be happy to send or fax you any MSDS on products that you receive from
Clean Beginnings Distribution, Inc.
Shipping Information
Orders received by 12:00 noon PST ship on the same business day. Orders are shipped from our nearest distribution warehouse with adequate inventory levels to fulfill your order. This enables us to minimize delivery time and cost.
UPS is used whenever possible; however, should your order exceed UPS size or weight limits, a common carrier will be selected to speed delivery to you.
